S4 Cabriolet 4.2 V8 Quatro

2005 V8 cabriolet with ooph , style and thirst of vintage Opera diva

Older than survey bracket @2005 but still going strong. Bought with 800 miles on clock as ex-demonstrator from Audi Main Dealer. More rear room than M4, even M6 or Volvo cabs, handling in S4 not quite as sharp as RS4 or M4.

Like an aging Opera Star, still delivers style & Performance from 340bhp V8, but with a fair thirst (& not for the cheap stuff ) 25 mpg on a good run -bit more with roof up. Traffic lights drive her to drink ‘though

Very few problems beyond common A4 fault of replacing rusting front wings, and need for new rocker cover gaskets, but not bad for an 18 year old car. Ignore 2 year servicing option, annual oil changes as oil cheaper than engines.

Recently abandoned Audi Dealership for servicing as Service manager will not lower herself to talk to me, now use Audi trained local specialist. Fully comp Insurance for 2 V8s Audi and RangeRover, under £400 pa COMBINED with NFU
