Volkswagen Tiguan (2008) - VW Tiguan Flywheel (DMF) Collapse - dean_cs

My VW Tiguan has had a DMF collapse after only 52,000 miles. This seems a little premature? Are there any known issues with the AutoHold function causing premature failure of the DMF?
