VW Passat 2001 petrol automatic - Misfiring/juddering? - Sumodude99

Very odd fault this one. The car accelerates fine, but at around 2200 RPM when cruising at a constant speed the engine hunts/judders almost as if it's misfiring. You can feel it, and the rev counter shows it with revs moving 100 above and below mean.

All seems fine at higher and lower revs. I've checked breather hoses, plugs, wiring, cleaned MAF etc. Any ideas? I'm at a loss with this one!
