Hi
A car bumped into another car which then shunted forward into my car whilst i was waiting at the traffic lights. The person who caused this accident has admitted full liabability.
It is just light crease damage on an internal floor and side panel and no damage to the outside of the car and they categorised it as C due to the cost of the repair.
The garage engineer said it is driveable
I was thinking of selling the car before the bump and still want to sell it, the question is does it have to be repaired?
Apparently it needs a VIC check and new MOT, but could i get these two and sell it on without actually getting the crease repaired due to the fact that it is not deemed unroadworthy, i would sell it with full explanation of its category status, the car is 9 years old and only has 54k miles so it would last someone probably another 5 years motoring and ideal for someone who is going to run it into the ground, so to speak
thanks
