And why is anti-congestion legislation bad? Like many I guess posting here, I'm also a pedestrian, and dislike endless swarms of cars in narrow streets. It's time some thoughtless drivers were curtailled, merely because of pressures of numbers. When cars were less common, there wasn't a problem, but pedestrians aren't even safe to walk the pavement, due to the selfish behaviour of , I emphasise, a minority.

I wonder how robust Transport for London's computer system is?
Would it hold up to (say) one million people logging in at the same time?
I ask this as a purely academic wquestion, of course. ;-))
