Citroen BX - Injector return pipes - PNoddy

Hey guys,

This may seem like a silly question. The return pipes on my injectors are connected in series. Injector 4 returns to injector 3 which in turn returns to injector 2 etc etc. My question is this, is there an "in" and "out" on the fuel return ports? (each injector has two return ports)

The return ports on the injectors are both "out" and so can be daisy-chained with rubber tubing. This will give a spare port at one end which should be covered with a blanking cap.

Beware, on PSA vehicles the rubber pipe hardens (so does the cap) and eventually cracks, letting air into the system. This will give rise to poor starting as the transfer pump pulls air.
