I doubt very much it will have stop start and brake regeneration otherwise the claimed figures would be much bigger. I get between 57-61mpg and the engine has yet to be run in.
Neither of these technologies achieve huge real world results-although judicious use will realise some benefit. Unfortunately, the NEDC is basically a random number generator and results should be treated with caution. I'd be happy with 60mpg; best bet is to avoid advertorials-they're written with advertisers in mind and are designed to tempt you into the latest model.
Most of the latest whizz bang technology on diesels was standard fare on truck engines 20 or 30 years ago so don't feel you're missing out on a step change in efficiency. Fuel economy figures are like GCSE results-they go up every year-but education improves much more slowly!
