Hi,

I have a Peugeot 307 2lt Hdi XSI, before christmas I got a de-pollution system faulty fault pop up.. I had the DPF taken off and cleaned and all faults reset and about a month later the fault came back.. I was advised to take the car for a long blast and to get some Forte DPF additive to try help resolve the issues.. for 3-4 months now the fault has been coming and going, going into limp mode a couple of times, each time getting the faults reset.. So I got the car diagnosed by a pug specialist and the codes that come up were P0470 and P0471, telling me the pressure sensor was faulty.. So I had the sensor replaced and the faults reset again and about a week later the de-pollution system fault popped up again.. So I got it diagnosed by a pug specialist again and new fault appeared, fault code P0472 open circuit or short circuit on earth for the pressure sensor.. The specialist reset all the faults again for me..

Has anybody got any advice on what to check or replace for the P0472 fault.?

This is pointing more towards a wiring or connetor fault, check there is no water or corossion on the sensor connector or problem could be the wiring between the sensor & ECU. This sensor iks usually located on the engine bulkhead with rubber pipes which then connect to metal pipes & bolt to either end of the DPF, these would have been disturbed when the DPF was cleaned. The metal pipes may have been left loose or the rubber pipes split.
