I wouldn't however rely on the recent Upper tribunal case or the same company's skirmish with Sc***horpe County Court as conclusive. Both were fact specific in relation to the outfit's contracts with its clients.

In any event the whole landscape changes in autumn when the Protection of freedoms Act changes kick in.

EDIT I thought the absurdity where the swearfilter blocked the name of North Lincs' finest town had been sorted years ago!!!!
