Sometimes when turning on ignition my windscreen wipers will start up even though the switch is in the off position. Not too bad when it's raining, but when dry and they just keep going I cannot use the car. I notice when I brake, they may stop for a couple of seconds then start up again. Very annoying. I have asked different garages but they don't have a clue.
