last tuesday i part exchanged my nissan 100nx for a skoda felicia. i wanted a smaller engine car to try and save some money.

i noticed the sunroof had tape around it the dealer said there wasn't a problem. since then it has rained and the drivers side floor has become wet. i rang him and he said i need to put some mastic around the seal to cure it.

he also stated that there was a problem with the nissan that i had not mentioned so that makes us even?

since then the alternator on the felicia has also gone.

i wanted to know what his obligations are? his ebay site states 3 months warrenty on parts and repairs. but i might prefer to have my old car back. no idea how i would get there as i am 60 miles away?

i made a part payment by credit card and he said that he offered me the scrap value plus road tax refund vale.

any advice would be appreciated.
