N/A - Cuasing an obstruciotn when parking on a drive - JMIP

My neighbours' drive is not long enough for thier two cars, so that while the cars' wheels are on their drive, the rear of the car obstructs the shared drive. This means that when I back out of my garage, I frequently have to steer sharply to the left to avoid clipping one of them. Does anyone know whether there are any byelaws relating to this and whether they can be asked to park only one of their cars on their drive?

Sounds as if what mentioned is a private drive so no Traffic Law will apply.

Civil law may apply and a costly injuction may resolve.. legal advice on this required.

Far, far better is to get a botyle of wine and sit down with neighbour and point out discuss problem.

This happened to my brother. Check the deeds & covenants for the properties, it's normally covered, but IMO going to law is the last thing that you should try.

Better to talk nicely first though, then be more assertive in stages as necessary.
