On the odd occasion would have problems restart engine if only run for short time. It now refuses to start after moving vehicle short distance. Turns over but also note intruments (speedo and rev counter) bottom out while cranking engine. No eng lights - battery voltage 13.5 static and tried both keys. Can you advise please.
