Ford Grand C-Max 1.6TDCi - Ford Easy fuel - soapy water in drain hole - Ravenger

Whilst washing my car today a small amount of soapy water went into the drain hole located underneath the fuel filler nozzle.

Does this drain into the tank or somewhere else? I'm concerned I might have contaminated the fuel and I'll need to get it drained.

It drains out behind the rear bumper.

Having water/foam/dirty fuel/bird s***/whatever drain in to the tank would be silly if you think about it, wouldn't it?
