Renault Scenic - Wiper blades colliding - SimonW_Dorset

Hello,

I have an odd problem on my 2007 scenic - sometimes when the wipers are running on the fast setting they hit each other!

The car has done quite a few miles - 120k+ - perhaps the actual mechanism is warn?

Any help much appreciated

Could be. You always used to be able to rotate them on the spindle, don't know if you can now but that would allow you to adjust them a bit.

Last time I had that problem on a car it turned out that the el cheapo aftermarket blades I'd bought were about 3mm longer than the Bosch ones which fixed the problem....
