I recently changed the engine in my 2005 Mazda 3 1.6 tdci. The old engine had run on its own oil and was shot.

I bought a 2008 fiesta 1.6 engine, swapped my loom and ecu, clutch, starter and sensors over but left the fiesta injector pump on it as it has much lower mileage.

After putting it all together, it wont even turn over and the immobiliser light is flashing.

Anyone got any ideas?
