Peugeot 306 meridian "S" reg - Pug 306 N/S wheelarch liner - morrelli

Peugeot 306 "s" reg 5 door

Does anyone know if a nsr wheelarch on a 306 is standard fit. My daughters car has not got one fitted and the body work around the seat belt reel has rotted out.

Mechanic says it is due to the lack of liner on that side, but i have looked at other 306's, some have them fitted , some not

Any ideas

Ps tried a scrappy..couldnt get one for the n/s ??
