I note the comment of clarkii on 2 June 2011. I also have a Honda CRV, bought in December 2010. I have experienced a similar creaking noise, in the B Pillar on the drivers side, when the car gets hot in summer months. It has been into the Dealer 3 times and the problem is not solved. (They have located the noise with a sonic device to the B Pillar). This is after advice from Honda UK. I am now being advised by Honda UK to have the spot welds re-welded and repainted. I do not believe the car is 'fit for purpose' and am looking for a replacment. Any views would be appreciated.
