I have it on good authority that the income from Nissan Cashcow adverts is salted away to a Mr H. John's personal bank account in the Cayman Islands. The fact that Avant is a chartered accountant is entirely coincidental...

Some of us have to work for a living, and so the present moderators can't be around every minute to check whether something unwanted has appeared on this forum. If you read the newspapers there are worse things going on in the world!

Our predecessors as moderators had more time to spare, and although they were sometimes over-zealous, they did have an excellent rule which we maintain - that if you have a complaint about the moderation on here, please address it to moderators@honestjohn.co.uk.
