I'm hoping someone might be able to give me a bit of advice on my air conditioning.

When I bought the car second hand, the air con wasn't working at all. I took it to ATS who run a test and found the system was empty. They regassed it and it worked perfectly for about two days, and then just stopped.

I took it back in and they used a dye to check for leaks, but there weren't any, and the system was still fully gassed and oiled.

When pressing the switch, apparently the compressor wasn't kicking in. However, the switch itself seems to be making a louder than normal click when you press it. Louder than it used to be, and it sounds like it's coming from the switch itself as opposed to inside the engine bay. I've tried checking the fuses which seem fine.

Does anyone else have any ideas at all? If it might be the switch, is this something that I could check myself? (VERY VERY basic knowledge of cars, changing a distributor cap is about my limit lol)
