Hire Car - Sat Nav - Claybuster

I have a TomTom with European mapping, I am going to Tenerife on holiday and wan't to put my Hotel location in the Sat nav but do not understand the co-ordinates as given by the hotel::

Geolocalization coordinates

Longitude: -16.73376760243328

Latitude: 28.08441826551383

My Sat Nav will not accept these as GPS co-ordinates, anybody know how to convert to GPS

Some sat navs (including some Tom Toms) allow you to enter such lat/long coordinates. So you don't have the address? And don't have the hotel on the sat nav as a point of interest.

Running up a copy of my TomTom 720 on the Mac (handy thing to do) I see it's lat/long it is after anyway. So putting those coordinates into Google Maps finds me a hotel called Iberostar:
