Hi, My uncle has got his radio locked a few years ago and I'm trying to find out, 1, how to get the serial code, and 2, how to unlock the radio.

I've seen a few forums but they say press and hold 6 whilst pressing either 1 or 2 for the serial number before I can get the lock code, unforunatly this is not doing anything.

I dont drive myself, so not sure if I'm doing it right, also someone said about having to pull the radio out to find the serial number with coat-hanger cut in four....(!)

can anyone please help?

Yeah you could try and use a coat hanger. Once you have the serial post here and i'll be able to look up the code.

M138744

At first it said "CODE ----" now it just says LOCKED.
