The clutch in my Golf slips in all gears but 1st and 2nd. It has had a new DMF and clutch.

The clutch was difficult to bleed out. (apparently) The pedal sometimes drops during the night and when it has the clutch does not slip. After a short time it begins to slip again and the peddle settles to its correct height.

My friend has tried to bleed the clutch again, but cannot get a peddle. This happened 6 months ago and another peddle box and cylinder was fitted. It bled out, but the clutch peddle and slip remained the same.

Any ideas as to why not bleed out and why still slipping????????
