2001 1.9tdi - V.W. Sharen - sparky100

Hi, just occassionly my car seems to lose braking power when trying to stop but the next time of trying it's perfectly all right. Only seem's to happen once in a while. But put's the jitters up you when it happens.

Wondered if anyone had any ideas.

check out brake servo for water ingress causes a rust problem within servo Hth Regards Mickeybo

Also check there is no kink anywhere in the vacuum pipe to the servo.
