Ford Mondeo R reg (1998) - engine change and ECU issues - smed706

Hi all i have a 2.0 zetec mondeo and the engine is tired and the diff is as good as shot in gearbox.

I've bought a rear crash damaged 2.0 mondeo on the same year with a mint engine and gearbox .

I just need to know if i swap the engine and box will i need to change the ECU as well
