For eyesight, do I have to mention a successful cataract operation? There has been no further trouble and I can easily read a numberplate from the standard distance, and don't need to wear glasses while driving.

Open the doc up and them read sect 6.

Note the requireemnt at the start of the page. If you were subject to a roadside test by Plod then using the information would you pass? It seems you would so no bother.
