Vauxhall Astra F 1995 - Radio Code - Richard M

I have been quoted £24 by Vauxhall to get the radio code. Does anyone know of a cheaper way of getting it. I have seen some sites on the internet which requre the radio serial number and then they will provide the code for a payment of about £10. Are they legit, or are they just trying it on? Has anyone used them?

Any help appreciated.

They are fine - www.radio-code.co.uk seems the best

With the age of the radio if you do a bit of Google searching you may get a free code from somewhere - I managed to get a free code for my 98 Corsa

Have you removed the radio? Sometimes the code card is stuck to the radio.

Thanks for the replies. I have actually found the code in some of the old paper work for the car. Amongst all the service invoices was the original delivery certificate which had the necessary code on it.
