Vauxhall Vectra B facelift 2.2 petrol - starting problem - sunny1

had an accident in my 2.2 petrol vectra 2000 model front end and since then my starter motor turns slow as if battery flat.. have put another battery on and still the same but when i put a booster on it turns over bit better
