Renault Master T35D - Continuous voltage drop - figgsy

My renault master has developed a continuous voltage drop which I cannot locate. I have totally disconnected the alternator, starter motor and taken out all the fuses but cannot find anything. It is a fair drop of 3 to 4 volts, flattening the battery overnight. I have tried a different battery but it's not that. Totally flumaxed, Any ideas appreciated.

You need an ammeter to find the offending article.

Your description of the voltage drop says it is a huge load as quite a few cars on starting only drop a couple a couple of volts at the battery terminals. Doubt if it really is that much as something would be getting hot.

I'd be confident of finding it, but unless you are familiar with electrical things, probably a job for an auto electrician.
