Hi, a bailiff attended my home today (for £502.32 against a 4 year old parking ticket) whilst I was at work, my Uncle (whose flat it is) answered the door and was given said notice. The contents of the flat belong to my Uncle, as such his name is on the tenancy agreement, I can't afford £502 in one go, and my Uncle is 84 years old frail and would give him much stress. So can they seize my Uncle's property?
