Hi,

i recently had the misfortune of having a light front end collision in my 306 hdi, external damage would be an easy repair for myself, however, both the passenger and drivers airbag were activated and are still in the deployed state, my main problem is that the engine will not turn over on the key, i have located the front impact sensor with red cap found to the rear of the battery tray, and pressed it to reset, but still no joy, i assume i will have to replace airbags before i can get engine running ? any info regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated,
