Sorry folks, more questions than answers at the moment.

I've done it before but can't remember the terminology. Last time I changed cars Direct Line insured the new car AND the old car for a limited period while it was sold for no additional cost. The operator mentioned what it was called and implied that not all the operators knew the facility existed.

Dammed if I can remember what she called it. Anyone any idea?
