hi please could you help non start the key symbol on dash is on cranks over

checked all fuses ok connected to scanner says no feedback from ecu

checked 2x 12v feeds in to ecu/edc unit

now the panel above radio says economy mode, no electric window or indicators/radio/ heater blower / wipers...... only lights working and electric door mirrors
