HI

I have a Ford mondeo 53 plate 2.0 TDCI 6 speed 130bhp, I have just had the flying wheel and clutch repaired. The turbo does not kick in anymore!! it doesnt fly like it used to!! its a normal diesel engine now!! any suggestions??

Ouch! That's an expensive repair. Bad luck. Let us hope the flywheel is no longer airborne.
Are there any engine management lights/warnings illuminated? The problem does not lie with the turbo. Search 'turbo not working' for details on the possible problems.

Look to see if the turbo actuator is working its the electronic unit under the turbo its possible that it has not been reconnected,if the actuator arm is working then its a turbo problem.

Check the rubber pipe that comes up from the intercooler for splits. A temperary repair can be done with pvc tape.
