Wed 13/01/2011. had parked car went back 2hrs later no start dead, clock showing zero like wise trip milage zero but main mileage still showing 18500 . Push start got car going.

Had same problem 20 months ago, suspect battery but this tested by Skoda overnight all ok. Was told it was down to Engine ECU software upgrade needed and done problem cured. cant be same problem again can it. anyone out there come across this before.
