Panther Lima - engine set up - skettlewell

can anyone help with regards engine timming generail set up? also i need a exhaust system? any ideas cars in France so do not want to drag it back to Uk if i can avoid it

I would guess this has the vauxhall 2300 slant engine with ac delco dizzy.Contact breaker gap is 0.5mm.Dwell angle 35-37 degrees.Basic ignition timing 9 degrees before tdc without vacuum pipe .Spark plug gap 0.75 mm.Can't help with exhaust ,but sure somebody can fabricate a system.hth
