Hi,

Just had some work done on my wifes car but need to put the radio code back in. Cannot find anywhere in the manual how to do it. Had a go but wrong code inputted and it is in some sort of countdown mode (waiting 07...06...etc).

So question one is, do you have another go at putting in the number when the countdown passes 0 on a first attempt? If not, does anyone know what I should press, to cancel this countdown?

Next question then is, what keys should I press to allow me to enter the correct code (I do know the 4 digit code)? The radio is a basic nissan one with oner cd.

Is yours a 'facelift' model?

I've a '53 reg and my handbook gives the instructions on page 3-16:

Anti-theft system (with security code) (where fitted).

If you still have problems, come back and I'll either scan it in or type it out (I can't be bothered at the moment, I've a cold and want to do nothing).
