You say you have tried jump leads,I suggest you try again only this time get someone to hit the starter repeatedly with something heavy if this does not work then its either the starter solonoid or the actual starter itself.To test the starter you will have disconnect the starter to remove it then reconnect it try and start the car and look to see if the bendix is operating thats the bit on the end of the shaft it should fly up the shaft.
