i have a 2.5td chysler vovager, it won't start not even when jump starting it, when tryinf to jump start it all the lights come on and flash as though the alarm is going off.

my mileometer reading stays on all the time, not sure if this should or not.

please help as it's doing my head in, it has recently had a new battery so i know thats not the problem.
