Ford Fiesta Saloon - Fiesta clutch - cabsmanuk

My sons 2003 86000 miles Fiesta 1.4 has developed a problem with the clutch. It’s not slipping but when setting off and particularly in reverse it doesn’t seem to disengage fully leading to a bit of grinding in the gears. Fluid level is OK and I can’t see any sign of a leak. Is there any adjustment? Any ideas?

Clutch plates worn? Problaby need a new clutch.

Ford Fiesta Saloon - Fiesta clutch - injection doc

Its most likley the hydraulics failing, however if the slave cylinder needs replaceing the gearbox needs to be removed so best to slip a clutch in at the same time.
