Honda Deauville - Deauville lockset/ ignition - Gregory II

I am wondering if someone here is familiar with this bike.

I am trying to remove the ignition lock as I have lost the key. I have removed the steering stem bolt, suspension bolts to the top of the yoke but I still can't remove the yoke. The steering lock is on.

Can someone suggest how I might be able to do this as it is causing me problems.

Not familiar with the deauville but possably
the same as my blade.

What it you jack up the front end and drop
the forks down below the top yoke. You will
still have to drill out the anti tamper ignition
bolts, but that's not too bad. Does it have the
Hiss system?
