SKODA FABIA ESTATE TSI - SUSPENSION AND POWER STEERING - SJHCHIRO

An *0 year old friend has a new one but she has a bad back. Can the suspension be modified since she finds the ride a bit hard for her back. or would changing the tyres alter anything?

Also the power steering is a bit stiff for her can any thing be done for that
