What is in a title? - Dutchie

Watching the television this chap came on for a interview.His title was Cooperate Strategist.Where do these titles come from do we just make them up or are these real jobs?Does he give advice or works out a strategy for a company.How many more jobs are out there which a lot of people don't understand.

What is needed is a variation of this

but related to job titles rather than management speak. Our local paper had the council advertising for a "Full-Time Riot Co-cordinator". I think I know what they meant but I bet the hoodies in Chav Central thought it could be for them!
