Audi A6 - Repair to bumper in Kinross - rightcharlie

Returned to my car in Morrison car park to find that someone had scraped my rear bumper corner , and done a runner. I live in Kinross , and was hoping that someone reading this could point me in the direction of one of these mobile reapir guys. I cant afford to be without my car for days on end, but really want a reliable guy to attend to me. Any recommendations appreciated.

I had a similar experience years ago - Chipsaway sorted it out and 10 years later you cannot tell which side was scraped and which is the original.

That said you are only as good as the chap who comes to your house/work - I had another scrape on another car and this time the franchise owner came - I had to get his employee back to repair a poor job.

The CaW chap I use only covers Falkirk area - I do not have a number for the Fife franchisee.

That sounds like the knd of thing I am looking for. Doesnt seem to be a guy in my area though. I am aware that there other companies out there, and hope they do a good job.

Anyone heard of a reliable guy covering Kinross area?

Unfortunately, should cctv have captured the incident, I will not get to look at it. ( Data prorection mate, I was quoted )

Any help appreciated.

There is a "Smart Repairs" guy in Bridge of Earn , I haven't had to use him but others say he's good.

Doofer, Thanks for that. One of my work mates has told me about a guy she has used once before, for a very similar repair. Supermarket carparks really do not give us enough room, do they ? Looked like a good job on her mini , so I gave the guy a ring. Just for a quote first, and to try and size him up. Contacted him via www.perthsmartrepairs.co.uk

I am expecting a visit from him tomorrow. I did get a quote over the phone, and it was a better price than I was expecting. Wonder how firm that really is, or if it is just something to try and reel me in. I will let you know how it goes.

Update on the Perth smart repair tech. He arrived as agreed, and carried out the job for me. Took a bit longer than originally thought but the price was as agreed. I am well chuffed with the standard of the workmanship.
So , in summary , Great job at the agreed price and I can recommend him for anyone in the perth ( PH ) postcode area.
