I have just purchased a 2007 BMW as above with 32K on the clock; when I stop in "drive" at say traffic lights the car starts to move about like the engine is misfiring or somebody is pushing the car from side to side, if I put it in "neutral" it stops.

I have just parted with a 2007 320d auto with 25K on the clock and this car had just started doing the same thing but not as pronounced.

Any ideas or advise, other than that the car drives like a dream.
