BMW diesel starting prob - idle speed? - Sideways

I posted about starting problems with a BMW 325TDS SE - all cured now thanks to some new glow - plugs, but what a game fitting them... inlet manifold off etc...

Anyone know how to adjust the idle speed - it currently runs at about 750 - 800 rpm, seems a tad fast to me - any ideas?
