FIAT DUCATO 2.8 DIESLE 02 LWB - PROBLEMS - pyeburn

VAN STARTS IN WARM WEATHER DOES NOT IN COLD PEOPLE HAV SED ITS THE GLOW PLUG OR PO91 FUEL PRESSURE CONTROL OR PO380 PLATE HEATING/THERMOSTART RELAY HE HAZ NO IDEA WOT THAY ARE AND CAN YOU HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROB AND CAN YOU TELL ME WERE TO FIND THEESE OLD PARTS ON HIS VAN DONT NO WERE TO FIND THEM ON THE VAN HELP MANY THANKS

hi we hav a fiat ducato van wen warm weather it starts wen cold weather it wont budge some one told him it waz po91 fuel pressure control or po380 plate heating/thermastart or the glow plug or the relay it of the road at the moment if it is any of them please can u tell me were to find them on the van he nows were the glow plug is as for the others no idea please can you help in any way many many thankks
