we have a parking space 3.83 meters long

we need an automatic

prefer air conditioning

like heated seats

what is there avalable? new/newish?

The only small car I'm aware off with heated seats is the new (post 2008) Ford Ka (Fiat 500 under the skin) I'm not sure if it's available with an auto box.

Other than that most small cars can be bought with air con and auto these days.

7 years ago we had a car which ticked all those boxes and all were fitted as standard and of course the heated seats were leather, it also had an electrically folding roof.

smart passion cabrio.

Check out Aygo, C1, 107 and the IQ for heated seats.

What do YOU define as luxury?

I think an Hyundai i20 might do all what you ask for but it isn't in the league of BMW/Merc etc for that luxury "tag" that some people believe in.

What you ask for is probably available in a few cars. We have Skoda Fabia on order, but I think that comes in at 4000mm so doesn't fit your space requirement but is auto, heated seats, front arm rest, cornering headlights, climate control and can be had with leather and other options.
