when i depress the clutch half way you hear a slight noise fully depresssed it goes away this happens only in neutral not loud noise is it normal maybe > first time i heard it

Likely a slightly rough release bearing, if it drives OK I wouldn't worry about it, it will cost you a lot of money to find out.
