Ford Mondeo - automatic gearbox problems - supernover

After driving for about 15 miles or 15 minuets my gearbox will change up and down without any imput from myself or any change in road conditions,this will sometimes right itself after about 5 minuets .Its a low milage 1997 car to good to sc*** for something silly.

The box is on the way out so youmay have to sc*** it, just keep it going until the big bang.

Have you tried changing the transmission fluid and filter? I do mine every three years.

Most ballroom dancers would be quite tired after 15 minuets, no wonder the poor gearbox suffers. :-)
